He completed his primary and secondary education in Keskin High School in Kırıkkale. He entered Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1990 and graduated in 1994 and completed his internship at Ankara Bar Association. After completing his military service in Diyarbakır in 1996, he started his career in the same year (July 1996) as a lawyer at Turkish Metalworkers Union. Until 2003, the Head Office lawyer worked until 2009 as the Head Office Legal Counsel and until September 2015, he worked as the Chief Legal Counsel of the Turkish Metal Union. He has been working as the Secretary General of Turkish Metalworkers Union since 01 September 2015.
Since 1996, he has been working as a freelance lawyer mainly in Labor Adv. Taliphan KIYMAZ. Metal Social Culture and Education Foundation and Enterprises (Met-Vak) since September 2001, he worked as an lawyer. Since 2005, he has been giving labor law training to Turkish Metalworkers Union members working in Ankara under the MESS-Türk Metal Joint Training Program. Since 2000, International Eurasian Metalworkers Federation (IEMF) members of 85 trade unions coming to our country has given Labor Law Training for workers and trade unionists.
He has participated in various national and international meetings and seminars on Labor Law and Social Security and has participated as a speaker in many of them. He has numerous articles on labor law in trade union publications. In addition, there are board memberships in various foundations and associations.
