INDUSTRIALL GLOBAL UNION EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETS IN GENEVA
IndustriALL Global Union Executive Committee Meeting 2019 was held on 21-22 November 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland. 6 union depends on the three trade union confederations from Turkey attended the meeting of the Executive Committee, total of 191 delegates from 50 countries. Our Association, Türk Metal, was represented by our President Pevrul Kavlak.
Our union Türk Metal participated for the first time in the Executive Board Meeting where the activities of the IndustriALL Global Union in 2019 were evaluated and the targets of 2020 were discussed. As it is known, our union became a member of IndustriALL Global Union in May 2019, which was established by unions operating in metal, chemical, energy mining, textile and leather business in 2012.
